Common setup checks

Install Patriot Claim Tracker from the official Chrome Web Store listing.
Review the disclosed permissions and privacy policy before using the extension with sensitive VA.gov information.
Open and sign in to VA.gov, then reload the relevant VA.gov page after the extension is active.
Use the extension refresh control to organize the current VA.gov information.

Privacy and sensitive data

Patriot Claim Tracker processes sensitive VA.gov information locally in Chrome extension storage. Review the privacy policy before use, especially on shared or untrusted devices.

Report a problem

Email info@salt19.com with the extension version, Chrome version, the VA.gov page you were using, and the exact error message. Do not email Social Security numbers, claim numbers, payment data, medical records, passwords, or other sensitive VA information.
