Recruiter.ai analyzes resume text locally, builds a candidate profile, compares it with public job postings, and surfaces match, freshness, and ghost-job risk signals directly in Chrome.
The workflow starts with your resume or profile text, then evaluates available job postings against the skills and role signals found in that material.
Use DOCX, TXT, pasted resume text, or explicitly extract visible text from the page you currently have open.
Recruiter.ai derives likely roles, skills, industries, seniority signals, and a working candidate profile inside the browser.
Public job data is scored for fit, freshness, missing keywords, and heuristic ghost-job risk before being displayed.
Recruiter.ai is intentionally local-first. Resume parsing and candidate-profile generation occur in Chrome, and the stored profile remains in local extension storage.
Recruiter.ai does not maintain user accounts, sell user data, run behavioral advertising, or upload resume text to SALT19 servers. User-initiated fallback searches may send role, skill, location/work-mode, or company search terms to Google when you choose to open those searches.
