Recruiter.ai helps job seekers turn a resume into targeted job searches, specific posting matches, match scores, ghost-job risk signals, freshness indicators, and resume keyword guidance directly in Chrome.
Exact postings
Each result is a specific job req with its own date, source, match score, and ghost score.
Resume keywords to consider: Python, LLM, automation, machine learning.
Exact posting date: shown per job result instead of company-level guessing.
Recruiter.ai starts with the candidate profile first, then evaluates job postings against the actual resume instead of relying only on generic job-board keyword search.
Import DOCX or TXT resumes, paste resume text, or extract visible profile text from supported pages.
Results are individual job requisitions with source, company, location, posting date, match score, and direct apply link.
Match scoring helps prioritize jobs. Ghost-job risk flags postings that may be stale, vague, reposted, or missing useful hiring signals.
The extension is designed around local parsing and user-controlled search. It does not require a resume upload server to build the candidate profile.
Resume text is parsed inside Chrome. The workflow supports DOCX, TXT, pasted resume text, and current-tab extraction for visible profile text.
The project is available on GitHub under the MIT license, so users can inspect the extension files before installing.
Use the ZIP package hosted on SALT19. This is currently a manual Chrome extension install, not a Chrome Web Store listing.
Version 5.0.0. Free software. MIT licensed.
